Missions

On July third, our New Beginnings team was fully engaged in the Red White and Boom outreach in downtown Hoopeston. With a car show drawing crowds, a decorated golf cart parade, and our literature and candy tables set up right in front of the church, we were present all day long, meeting people face to face and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ.

Children came to our tables for candy and conversations. Adults stopped to take tracts. Every interaction was an opportunity to point people toward Christ. We don’t take our freedom to share the gospel for granted—it’s a privilege and a calling.
